Yep, your exactly right. Ideally the rods and the tranny ears but I'll take what I can find. I replaced the original 3 speed with a Saginaw 3 speed from a 68 firebird so I could have the synco but now I need linkage to connect it. With all of the floor shifter conversions you would think these would be everywhere but I have had a heck of a time locating them. Let me know if you find them and I'll say a few prayers that for your search.  Thanks
