If you gap is a good one use a small screw driver to "move" the metal around a little by moving the screwdriver the opposite way of the way the leading edge needs to go. I guess a better way to say it is put the tool in the gap and pry the metal[one side] till the line is where you want it. I use this method quite a bit when clamping is not in the cards. Jim
