8 lug is all 3/4T and not 1/2 T, are you sure its not 6 lug? forgive my asking. I never heard of anyone converting running gear from 1/2T to 3/4T before but is it possible this was a build project and whomever built it just used parts he had laying around?
Ok enough of that, if your not going to do any serious hauling work (8 lug is for heavyer load ect) and it is indeed a C10 then yes i'd wanna convert it to a 5 or 6 lug if it was mine.
