Good luck with the move! Sounds like you have a good plan with priorities in line. It's not worth it to put debt/strain on yourself to build a toy, only to have that affect other parts of your life. It may take longer to build, but it'll pay off in the end as you mentioned. The front end looks good together, & I dig the repro rubber mat.
