I hardly ever saw a truck with headliner back then and just thought they were all that way. Never really looked at the headliner in any others till my next truck with headliner that was years later. Then I wondered about that '69 till I saw a few other original '69 CSTs that way over many years after that! I looked at a whole heap of trucks in all that time before figuring it out.
