Mine was fine but I guess the parts are all over the place.

I am about 6-4 and my head almost hits the roof. The driving experience is really different when your sitting up higher.

I think some of the shops add more foam or padding to make the cover fit tighter and eliminate wrinkles. The seat in my '69 Suburban was the same way. No problem for me, I'm a short guy...
