I have the same problems,I have bought from 5 different vendors and all of the rubber parts are the same in my book,the orginals lasted 50 years, and this stuff dosen't last more than a couple weeks,of all the ups and downs of my build the rubber parts have to be the biggest letdown,IF anybody has found good rubber pieces Id like to hear about it.sorry for the rant but it really ------ me off!
