I had rather have a GMC, that is all dad used to buy his best friend owned the GMC store here in town and he traded every 6 months for a long time. they would have 50,000 farm truck miles and be wiped out. I have 5 project trucks and only one GMC and wished they were all GMC really cause like said above you can't swing a cat without hitting a C-10 but GMC's are a different story. As far as value of your truck someone will want it I hope you get your price. With the pin holes in the rockers you might as well say it needs rockers cause we all know by the time you see it it is already bad cause they rust inside out. a decent looking truck that needs a paint job is really no better than a butt ugly one needing a paint job. Of course I can say that cause I'm the sheriff at my local paint jail[ body shop owner other wise]. Being in the car business I know all about not getting what you need out of a truck but someone will want that truck Good luck and keep the faith it will sell.
