I've had both. I would strongly reccomend you keep the C10!! They are just soo much cooler!

Don't get me wrong, my mom has a '01 S10 4x4 crewcab and i love that truck. 22mpg, 4x4, and pretty comfortable. However, i feel much more comfortable in my fullsize.

Wait until you have to do a tuneup on a 4.3 S10....on my 4.3 equipped '91 i remember it taking me and my dad like 3 hours to change the sparkplugs. PITA becasue that motor is cramped in there so tight. I hear you have to drop the inner fender on the '94-up trucks.

BTW the '01 ways MORE than my fullisze, longbed '72 C10.
