Looks like stock rotors. They don't look that bad to me. You would just replace what was bad; rotors, calipers, or hoses. There is no need to change spindles unless one is damaged. With new rotors typically you would put new bearings in as well. Obviously since you have the vehicle, you are the best judge of condition, but I would put my money into other parts than those from what I can see.
