Those are nice looking rotors. No way would I swap those, UNLESS the brakes are vibrating during braking.

For what you have, I would replace the hoses, get the rotors turned (not sure what you have in AU, but even our local "chain" stores like O'Reillys, autozone, etc can turn rotors), and put new bearings/race in them, new shoes and be done.

It also looks like your suspension components (ball joints/tie rods) look somewhat new, just make sure you grease them at least once a year and they should last a long time.
