If you are changing out gears, I would go with 3.73 and 31" tires. To go 33" tires, you would really want a 4.10, and that means a new carrier as well, as has been pointed out. The BFG All Terrain TA KO2 just became available in 31x10.5R15, so you can go to the best tire out there if you are an all-terrain tire guy.

Now, if you find a 4.10 axle for decent bucks (good luck with that), then do the axle swap and go with 33s.
