Again..... original placement is in front of the rear-end.

If you're trying to lay the frame on the ground by relocating the bags farther forward on the T/A & making new upper mounts inside of the frame, I would contact 'Porterbuilt Fab'. Get your info from the source. He would be the best guy to answer the question.
