^^^ Sadly, no. There is no VIN suffix on the trucks.
The three letter code will tell you what year and transmissions of truck (or non-truck) it came with. That, combined with a reasonable looking date code, is as close as you can get.
The trucks do not have a serial or sequence number stamped on them. So for mine, I can decode to "1970 Truck 402 w/ TH400" and see that the engine is dated a couple of months prior to the truck build, so it's probably original. But you can never prove it conclusively.
