If i am not mistaken the cost of the concrete is going to be more than the building. If you really are concerned about budget, i would just do the footing for the posts. Put down some gravel, or traffic bond for the floor, then as funds become available do sections of the floor. At least with the gravel down, you might start to compact it, and help to reduce the concrete work required.
