We have a spare fuel cell from a race car. Not really cost anything except need to run an electric fuel pump.
Right now I am more concerned with the floorboards. Not sure how to tackle that problem other than buying new floor patch panels and dive into the rust.
I have an old corvette where the gas tank is behind the seat. I do not smell hear or see any fuel. I remember as a kid my dad's 70 ford pickup would slosh around.
I keep telling him its about wants and needs. He needs good brakes, tires and shocks. He wants a nice stereo and vintage air. He will have old school air conditioning. We all remember that.
