Mine came for a Caprice Classic that my dad drove as a demo for GM then bought for my mom.
You can find them every now and then on Ebay. Here is one on there now! It's not cheap but it's NOS so he says!

After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.
