My most expensive purchases have been $500 for an NOS PleasureLift PowerPack and $1500 for NOS hubcaps (GMC, 8-bolt, one-year-only chrome option).

I put a tach dash into my truck even though the SPID doesn't call for it. I could have strapped one to to the column with a hose clamp, but there's value in doing it right and clean as well, so you have to figure that in the price.

You could also cut your own dash and order the PCB for $38 or whatever. Not trivial, but not rocket science either.
