I lied! update!!
I decided that it was time to wire wheel my steering box down and paint it, along with my transmission and shifter knob... and, my new/ old seeing wheel came in... I also found a replacement for my rusty but trusty old horn button, it came with the wheel... jb weld and some paint over the holidays for that!
