Hi, I just did this project. I got a new instrument panel for Christmas and wanted to do a matching glove box lid. I bought a chrome lid from LMC. There are no decals out there to buy, so I went to Home Depot and bought some Faux Leather Black contact paper (shelf paper). It matches the grain and color of the new instrument panel very well. I taped it to the lid to create a template to match. I applied the contact paper to the glove box lid, using a hair dryer to heat/stretch the contact paper to fit at the lid lock hole. Installed in the truck...looks great and matches the instrument panel!
