Wow, I can't say that I've ever seen, or at least, I guess I've never noticed a radiator with at fitting for a heater hose. My truck is set up like the manual in the pictures above, but I have an automatic. I suppose that it could have been changed somewhere down the line before I bought the truck. So, here's a call out for some pictures of each type, and then this thread will really be a reference for the future.
