I had the same issue with the stuff I got from LMC, but after getting the channel to pop up into the felt. ( I really had to play with it at first.) now the window comes up and I still feel a little restriction but it has made friends with the felt and the glass comes up all the way nice and tight. But the channel is in the felt. maybe that's the way it's supposed to be?
