You can see that I have an oil pump primer mounted in it.
About once a month, I prime it for a couple minutes, and then continue to prime it while I use a pipe in the long bolts sticking out from the balancer to turn it over a few times.
My garage is heated and dry.
You can also see a few solid frame mounts laying on the floor in the second picture. Those come with it too.
