I just replaced 2 wheel cylinders & brakes all around on a 63 non power brakes. We bled all 4 cylinders it builds pressure on ea one, but when I go to step on the brake it slowly go's down once then it builds pressure again. if I let it sit it does the same go's down then builds pressure. any ideas?
