Yes,
A 700R4 will bolt to a LS, but it you wont use all the mounting bolts and you need this kit. http://www.speedwaymotors.com/LS1-En...DisplayId=5070 There is also a kit for the TV cable mounting that Holley sells. Dont have that link at the moment.
