If you have center bolt heads, then the intakes are not interchangeable.
I don't know what sort of TBI he's planning on running, but Holley has an adapter plate that mates one of their 2-barrel TBIs to a standard quadrajet intake. If the bolt patterns are the same, it should work for a factory TBI too.
