Maybe, maybe not!!
Depends how it was fixed.
A simple gouge out of the crack and a quick weld can cause warping problems.
Proper method would have been to heat the block up before any welding was done and then a slow cooling off.
If it was done wrong then any higher horsepower mods you make to the motor could stress it enough to come apart.
Could be a flip of the coin.
Some may say different but I'd look for a replacement.
You're torn down enough now to make a block swap easy.
Let's wait and see what others chime in to do.
