I have a freshly restored 1972 K10 SWB that unlike this one, is an original 4wd truck, and the two tone is painted correctly. So mine is actually better than this one and in that case, I can't see getting a penny less than $90k when i decide to sell...

In all seriousness I have mixed emotions about this. It's great in the sense that it shows there are people out there willing to pay big money for these trucks which in turn makes them more valuable.
However,when we all go to buy that next truck, the seller will reference Barrett Jackson and say "you know these trucks when restored can bring 80k" and they ask astronomical prices for something that is just one step up from junk. I can't even find an affordable square body truck anymore that hasn't been beat right to the ground by some teenager. It's depressing really. Oh well I guess I'll just sign with BJ when I need to sell! (Hopefully never)
