Re: Who do you recommend to insure your jewel?

Update:
Hagerty Rocks!

The adjuster (Mark) came out today to look at the Circuit Rider.
Mark took pics and we discussed the repair process.

I suggested going to my local Chevy Body Shop. Mark said if "that's" what I really want but he suggested going to The Egyptian Body Shop. He said most body shops are not prepared to fix this type of damage properly and they will use bondo/fiberglass. Mark said these dents need to be heated and beat out and then use lead to get the contours perfect.

Mark also said he wanted to be sure the paint matched perfectly.

He said Hagerty isn't concerned about being cheap but -- having it done right.
Looks like the repair cost will be close to $18,000

I mentioned I found a NOS bumper for $400 plus the ride. Mark said buy it and they will pay total expense in getting the bumper back to my place.

Same for my torn truck cover. Looks like I will be getting a new California Cover or something similar. They will pay up to $350 for the truck cover.

I cannot be happier with Hagerty.
