Ok.... I seem to remember struggling w/a hidden pwr steering bolt as well that required a pulley puller (it was @ least 2yrs ago).
Also, since your upgrading & updating, just get a new water pump & re-use the pwr steering, alt, & a/c stuff from the donor vehicle. They do make an a/c delete pulley for these set-ups.
