I think he said in another thread he believes the builder set it up wrong (TV cable), which will burn one up pretty quick.

I used all BTO stuff (TV made EZ and electronic brake TC unlock switch) and mine was an autozone reman that's been in the truck since 2006 and probably at least 40-45K miles. I set mine up per BTO specs and checked the shift pressures with a gauge. So far so good. Mine was a late 80's 700R.
