I did a bit more reading and I saw I have to mechanically set my idle, then let the ecu adjust to it. I'll see what that does. I also have to revisit my cam selection. I got it running a bit late after a long day and didn't even run it again after I shot that first start video. It ran so I called it a win and shut things down.
