Okay what I heard is that if you have a 307 engine (standard engine) then you have the "4 wheel drive" emblem under the front marker, and then the "C/10" marker on the fender. If your truck was ordered with a 350 (upgrade) then you put the "4 wheel drive" emblem under the front marker,a dn the "C/10"- on the fender AND then the "8 350" goes under it. Only on 70 not 71/72. I have looked into this because I have a 70 blazer with the orig 307 in it, but has since had a 350 put in it.
