It's seam sealer NOT bondo ,BIG DIFFERENCE it needs to be cleaned out and redone ,and with all that orange peel in the paint it looks like you need a few weeks of sanding and cleaning /resealing all the seams before spraying any paint .prep,prep,prep then paint .
