I saw these a while ago and decided to do this in my truck.

I'm using the factory 3 hole dash (bought off rockauto) with an autometer 5" tach, 5" quad gauge, and a 3 3/3 speedo in the center.

My truck came with no dash, so I have no starting point. I'll have to design some sort of backing to the dash since I can't source the backing piece.
