The fans are 2500cfm, and it's not leaking any water. Is it possible that the stock radiator just can't do the job anymore? I've been looking at 3 core aluminum radiators and they aren't to bad on pricing at Champion.
Is there anything else that could be causing this? Maybe my alternator isn't kicking out enough power to run the fans all the way? My alternator is a 140 I believe. I really want to just drive the thing and enjoy it but it's not quite there yet.

Timing sounds decent. Could use a little more total but I think its close enough that its not causing the issue.
I hate to say it bud but I think its your electric fans. Do you have the original set up that you can put back on and see if that solves the problem? Did you have cooling issues before? What thermostat do you have in there? If all you changed was the fans I would start there. Compression and extra HP can build heat but my old 427 bbc didnt run that hot.
