There is a place here in Las Vegas called All Hose (link below) who can make pretty much ANY kind of hose. They will even use your old fittings if they're in good enough condition. My two hoses cost around $50 to make and it was done in a day. I'm not sure if they do mail in orders...but its worth a try for a guaranteed perfect fit.

Just be sure the hoses are DOT approved. anybody can make hoses. DOT approval is something else altogether.
NAPA sells the reducer fittings, I bought them for a 70 monte carlo 12 bolt to go in a 65 GTO. common enough if you and your parts guy know whats what.
