Well you typically order the sway bar for the opposite side of the truck you want handling to improve on. The lower you go, the more you will get out of the sway bars.

Sway bars transfer the load from the outer side wheels to the inner side wheels to keep the chassis leveled during cornering. The way they are designed, the lower you go, the more tension you're gong to put on them, thus working harder when you are cornering. The downside is that too much tension could snap the end link plates.

For me it was a no brainer and I ordered front and rear since it was only $200 shipped for both.
