I swapped out the passenger vent window on the '70. I wish I would have had Lock Docs step by step directions. I found them in another post as soon as I was done. I wrestled the project to the gound but Iam sure there is an easier way. I have the vent window I took out if someone is interested. The chrome, stainless and glass (clear) are real nice. The weather stripping is original but usable. The pivot bolt weld broke loose from the frame. I had to use the latch and handle on the replacement.
In the process I realized the window sweeps were on backwards and inside out. I feel kinda dumb for not realizing this sooner. So I switched those around too.
