OK, here's the finished job. I don't know why ACC molded-in wrinkles at the top front, but I guess it could be worse. From there back everything fits nicely. I ran the vinyl a few inches up the kick panels because I plan to cover them. But not sure with what. ??? The vinyl also runs up the rear cab wall, and I'll probably just leave it.
I have to say that with just 2-3 sq ft of HushMat on the floor under the seat, along with the jute backing under the front half of the carpet, the cab is noticeably quieter. As I said in a post above, I plan to add more HushMat and more heat insulation at some later date.
