Most likely a local upholstery shop can do the same cover for the same price or less. Also, is your seat foam perfect? Most seats are worn down at the drivers's butt location and need foam repair. I had my seat rebuilt with thicker and denser foam than stock and a factory appearing cloth covering for $230 (I think), but I am in the low income state of AZ. That was about 6 years ago. I found a closely matching seat cover in color and style and put that over the top of my rebuilt seat. So far, all is good.
I am going to convert the seats in my 83 to Chrysler Sebring Convertible seats with integrated seat belts eventually. I want a better 3 point seat belt and a headrest.
