There is plenty of 16.5 but you have to go 35" or bigger mud tires. (Doesn't look like that's what you want) Firestone transforce also comes in a 8.75 x 16.5, or used to. I know they made bf all terrains and mud terrains in 16.5 but not sure anymore. I would also go with the Ford 16's. The Firestone tires are about 40$ more in 16.5 than 16. You could probably get 16" tires and rims for the same price as the 16.5 tires.
