Hey guys I have a very weird problem with my stock 1985 305 truck running fine at an ideal and when I rev up in park and when I first start driving it but then after a little bit it will start running like its trying to flood it self

I have put a brand new stock carb on it and it does the same thing any help would awesome because this is really bothering me lol
