He has several options for wheels , assuming lock ring wheels are out ? 16.5x8 is another and what ClassicV6GMC stated 17.5 and 19.5. But whatever wheel he wants will have to be a clip style wheel to get a correct 1966 only 8 3/4 hubcap. Heres some hubcap info
