Okay, I managed to get access to the cap yesterday. I will apologize because when I got them off I could see the "split line" whoever built these caps did a fantastic job.

These caps were just not anything I paid attention to as my 'Burb is a GMC so they were not going to be on the completed build.

Once I got the cap off I could see the part line and also the center hole at the top of the inside of the cap.
