Looks like one to me on the end of the hose! There are different types.
Pull it out of the valve cover.
Look down the hole.
Likely no baffle.
You need a baffle to keep the pcv from pulling oil through.
Where does the the hose connect to?
What do you have for air inlet on the other valve cover?
