These are hard to come by, unfortunately. I have a couple mirror heads, but the tripod mount, especially the top piece, seem to be scarce. I've been looking for one myself. Your best bet might be swap meets.
I think those are one year only, too, right? 1972? I may be wrong on that. If I happen to find an extra, I'll let you know
