I have never seen or heard of a flame arrestor on a vehicle except for a race vehicles air cleaner being made of flame resistant materials but could be wrong here

Here is an image of a simple PCV Valve OEM numbers could be as follows
25040145, 25040148, 25043355

On my truck the PCV Valve is on the drivers side and i did replace it already.
