My 69 has everything in the corner the same as bench seat trucks. I don't recall that the foam bag was there when the truck was new. I always wrapped the short tools in a heavy rag to keep them from rattling around in the cab corner. I found a bag in the junkyard a few years ago, but I don't use it because it looks crappy there. The gas tank carpet is made to conform to the corner. In other words, the jack and tools are not hidden by the carpet.

EDIT: Added picture that shows the carpeted area beside the seat. I don't have a shot looking into the corner. At least it shows how the carpet is formed into the corner. If desired, I can try to get one in a couple days.
