I've seen that one a few times while googling this question. The mount I have only has two holes on the crossmember side instead of the three shown above (no hole in the middle). Maybe I just need to push the transmission until the holes line up... not an easy task when laying on my back underneath the truck!
If I still had the old transmission mount I could compare the two, but the old one literally disintegrated
